Direct patient care provided to patients in their home- Vital Signs, Physical Assessments including OASIS, IV, Wound, Lab draws Home Health experience including OASIS documentation, EMR proficiency, IV and Wound care, Phlebotomy, Catheter car Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. RN, CPR Shift or schedule requirements. Weekdays, no weekends, no holidays. Peoria Home Health call is: 1-3 days of call (after hours) it would typically be 2 shifts per month
