Medical Dental Vision insurance opt in options available $3000-$3242 weekly MUST HAVES: Shift: day with call – 1 day of call per week; 1 weekend a month , 15-mins response time (needs to be living close to facility) Schedule: 5x8 and 4x10, combination of both · Minimum of 3-years RN with 3-years of OR experience (must be 3-years full-time OR RN experience working in an Acute Care Hospital) · First time travelers are okay · High level trauma hospital experience (Level I or Level II trauma hospital) · Must be experienced caring for all types of trauma patients · CERTS: Must have all three: BLS, ACLS and PALS · Will be required to be on call 1 day per week and 1 weekend a month and must have a 15-minute response time · Must be comfortable with ALL neuro patients (will see a lot of these cases especially on-call) · Must be okay with being the only RN in house if called in after hours (i.e. should be a very well versed and experience OR RN) · Charting: EPIC, must be proficient using EPIC charting as they have very limited ability to train on this charting system · Facility is a Level II trauma center that gets a lot of transfers in from other facilities especially Neuro patients. · RN will be on their own when on call (i.e. be resource nurse, charge nurse, posting cases, etc.). · This OR sees a lot of Neuro patients who are transferred in for Crani's, bolts, ICPs, spinal cord injuries. · Will need to be 100% comfortable being on their own when on-call and if called in as they will be the only one and be held responsible for all OR needs (there will be 2 Techs with them) · Will be second RN in PACU as a helper if on last case for the night (do not need to be a PACU RN or have that experience as this facility has specific PACU RNs) · They have a Dantrolene Cart for MH · Should be comfortable with ALL the following patient types/cases: Trauma, Neuro and Neuro-spine, General, Robotics (Rosa and Da Vinci Robots being used), Ortho, Podiatry, Urology, OBGYN, Plastics, ENT. · Should be familiar with using Medtronic Stealth Station system (not hard required but should be willing to learn if never used).
