LPC LCSW RD CDR ·Bachelor’s Degree from school whose Nutrition, Dietetic, Institutional Management Programs is accredited by Commission on Accreditation for Dietetics Education (CADE) of the American Dietetic Association (ADA) and completion of an approved dietetic internship program. · Two years’ experience as a clinical dietitian is preferred. License/Certification Dietetic Registration by the Commission on Dietetic Registration and licensure from the State of Alaska, Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development, Division of Corporations, Business and Professional Licensing required. · Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) Desirable
