X-Ray Tech Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday - 0900-1930 No call, No weekends first 2 weeks will be Mon-Fri from 7:30-4 Daily Caseload per tech: more than 15 Years of experience REQ: 1 year First-timers accepted: (Y/N) Y Weekend REQ: No Is on-call REQ: No Will clinician float within scope meet facility needs? Y Floating Req to Sister Facilities: (Y/N): Will float between OR, ED and Portables Locals accepted: No. What is the local radius rule? 75 miles Pending State License accepted: Y RTO Restrictions: 7 days Special Requirements: X-ray department that provides OR support to 3 different OR PODS, Emergency room patients and floor unit patients. Level 1 trauma hospital. OR consists use of C-Arms, O-arms, and Rad-links. Will provide training for O-arm and Radlink. BLS, ARRT required. Work setting experience required: outpatient, inpatient, operating room, ER, PICU, Adult ICU Work setting experience preferred: Level I Trauma, Teaching hospital X-ray procedure experience required: extremities, abdomen/GI, Spine/pelvis, head, chest/thorax, lower extremities, upper extremities, Surgery/C-Arm
