  • Shift Breakdown: 3x12 hrs
  • Shift: 12 hours, flexible
Shift: 12H Rotating N: 12H Rotating D/N, flexible to rotate to nights as needed; Every other weekend required; Typically it would be one week of nights followed by a week of days, but there could be mid-week rotations as well. Unit does their best to allow appropriate time off between rotations, typically 48 hours. Currently don t have as many night needs, but really need travelers to be flexible to be utilized to fill as many of our critical vacancies as possible. Viable candidates would be ER RNs, infusion RNs.Requirements: BLS required Prior travel preferred A minimum of 2 years in specialty Strong IV skills, AVA Certified, PICC skills, etc. Must have large trauma level 1 experience in the last year Epic experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable PICC line placement is not a requirement but please note if traveler is certified We have PICC RNs that place PICC lines at bedside; Must be able to assess PICC lines, complete dsg changes for PICCs and administer TPA as needed Required to float to place PIV, trouble shoot PIV and PICC lines, ports, dsg. changes, draw bloods as back up, etc; Place peripheral IVs at the bedside, remove PIVs, trouble shoot lines, completes dsg. changes, etc. They also access ports and help flush ports Additional Information: IVS to OFFER Monday to Sunday Bi-weekly Orientations on Monday No block schedules for any reason
