tle: After Hours Nurse Clinician Location: Seattle, WA - Work from home, unless out in the field Pay: $45-$50/hr Duration: Permanent Shift: 7 on, 7 off (Wed-Tue) 8-hour days on Weekday, 10-hour days on Weekends, responsible for covering triage calls overnight, (generally 2-3 nights during 7 days on) Start: January or Sooner Pay Rate: $40-$70/hour, also no including shift differentials, weekend differentials, mileage reimbursement, evening differentials, weekly bonuses Must Have: WA State RN License Personal Vehicle 2 years RN Experience Comfortable working not in a structured environment & working independently Plusses: Critical Care, Oncology or Home Infusion Experience IV Experience Day To Day: The After-Hours Nurse Clinician provides direct nursing services and case management related to infusion therapy for patients in their home, clinic, or alternative living site. This is accomplished through collaboration and coordination with the patient and/or caregiver, the physician, other health care providers and the payer. The position functions as a professional role model by demonstrating competency in all phases of the nursing process, collaborating with other health care workers to promote quality patient care, and acting as a resource for home care nursing staff for patients with infusion home care needs. This position acts as the primary communication link during off hours, by providing triage to patients and families. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages or this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
