Unit Notes:LPN position -Blocked 6on-8off schedule 2+ years LTC experience required *NO RTO PREFERRED, ONLY 1-2 DAYS WILL BE CONSIDERED* ****RESEARCH HOUSING BEFORE SUBMITTING - this is a remote location and manager cant help with housing -MUST have 2+ years LTC, with experience with dementia, Alzheimer's, and some behavioral health -Need to be IV certified -Need to be able to pass meds -This is a small unit with 12 patients (max capacity is 17) -From 6pm,-10pm there will be 2 CNAs to assist; from 10pm-6a there will 1CNA & 1RN -There is backup in the acute care unit next door if needed -Attendance is very important, please dont submit clinicians with attendance issues to the need -Need Cerner charting exp Cancellation Policy:None Listed Charting System:Evident a CPSI Company - CPSI System 19 BSN Required:No License to Submit:Yes Trauma Level: Care Setting:Post Acute Division:Nursing Shift Notes:Blocked 6on-8off Required Certifications:BLS
