Nuclear Medicine Tech Shift: 5X8 Day Variable - Start times vary based on unit need. May start between 7am-9am Monday-Friday. Years of experience REQ: 2 Years First-timers accepted: (Y/N) Y Weekend REQ: N Visits/Day: 30 National Certs REQ: ARRT N, BLS, NMTCB CNMT BLS REQ: (Y/N) Y Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) N Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Y May be required to float between two offices if needed. Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y/N) N Locals accepted: N What is the local radius rule? 75 miles Pending State License accepted: (Y/N) Y RTO Restrictions: No more than 7 days Guaranteed Hours: 40 Special Requirements: This position is to work in our PET department. This position may transfer to our new PET facility that is on our campus. This new PET facility will be receiving a new camera called Quadra. One of only 4 in the country. Required skills/experience: Adult, hospital, siemens, PET scan, limited, whole body, isolation precautions, start and maintain peripheral IV, storing/handling/disposal of radioactive materials, IV start hard stop. Preferred: Drawing venous blood, previous charge experience preferred, teaching hospital experience, EPIC, Hospital Highlights Type of Facility: Short Term Acute Care Teaching / Level Trauma Total Staffed Beds: 1259 Scrub Color: Black, Red, or White Charting: EPIC Parking: • Monthly parking passes available. Travelers can reach out to Public Safety for parking passed and speak with them about what is available. Security and Parking: 314-362-0750 o North Surface Lot-$73 (price and availability may vary) o Clayton Ave. Building Southeast Lot- $63 (price and availability may vary) o Clayton Taylor Garage- $73 (price and availability may vary) • For orientation: park in the Laclede Garage (4929 Forest Park Ave, St. Louis Mo. 63108) for which there is a $15.00 charge. Pull a parking ticket and take with you. Barnes does not validate or reimburse for the charge. Wear scrubs. • If you are working a straight night shift: If you are working straight night shift, there is no charge for parking, and you may park in the employee parking (you will receive parking information during orientation). • If you will be working a day/night rotation: you will have to obtain a parking pass for which there is a $70.00 fee per month. The garage that you will be parking in will be Clayton/Taylor Ave location. Bring your license plate number with you on your first day.
