Please note that days off are not guaranteed unless specified in the contract. · On Call Requirements: NA · Floating policy: C/L is utilized where the greatest need is. · Patient Experience requirements: HCA follows ICARE values, I CARE values are integrity, compassion, always, and respect as well as AIDET to keep patients informed and make them feel heard, AIDET stands for the five key communication behaviors that create positive care interactions: acknowledge, introduce, duration, explanation and thank you.
