Pros
Trauma ICU has great culture, welcoming to travelers, management is wonderful.
Cons
Madison does have a high cost of living and the parking situation at the hospital is terrible. However, buses are an option as well as biking. Nights are much easier/cheaper for parking than days due to demands of the hospital and university.
