Mental Health Clinician (LCSW/LMFT) - San Jose, CA Job Type: Full-time/Part-time (Hybrid) Shifts: Flexible (No on-call or Weekend requirement) Work Environment: Hybrid (combination of on-site and remote work). Expected Caseload: Full-time: 5-6 patients per day, totaling approximately 22 patients per week. Part-time: 2-3 patients per day, totaling approximately 12 patients per week. Key Responsibilities: Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions. Deliver social work and case management services to clients. Apply psychological principles and evidence-based practices to address behavioral health concerns. Build and maintain strong therapeutic relationships with clients based on empathy, trust, and respect. Work with a diverse client population, addressing unique needs with cultural sensitivity. Develop and implement effective treatment plans in collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams. Maintain accurate and timely client records in accordance with professional standards and regulations. Qualifications: Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Psychologist (Ph.D. or PsyD), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California. Experience working with clients aged 13 and above. Familiarity with behavioral health practices and the ability to provide culturally sensitive care.
