Length: 13 weeks Start Date: 12/30/2024 – 3/29/2025 Shift: 5x8 Days M-F 8am-430pm TRAVEL: Taxed Hourly: $29 Untaxed Stipend: $1,442 Gross Weekly: $2,602 LOCAL: Hourly: $55 - $60 Mandatory Qualifications/Job Details: -Minimum of two years Occupational Therapy experience in a clinical setting with a frail or elderly population. -Highly motivated, inspirational leader who can innovatively engage, support and remove barriers for the team to ensure the team consistently meet established goals. -Occupational Therapy knowledge and skills necessary to treat frail, elderly participants with complex needs. -Two years’ supervisory experience with demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members. -Ability to process accurate information in a timely manner. -Excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills in settings with seniors, their families and interdisciplinary team members. -Experience leading in a data-driven organization, leveraging reports and data to prioritize and manage people and projects. -Excellent clinical, organizational and communication skills in settings with seniors, their families and interdisciplinary team members. -Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. -Demonstrated ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. -Experience and competence working with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures. -Commitment to unlocking the full potential of our most vulnerable seniors. Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from Accredited Program (AOTA and ACOTE standards). Required Certifications & Licensure: Initial Registration from National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. Licensed and/or eligible for Licensure as required in the State of California.
