Shift: 12 hours, nights

Location: Chesapeake, Virginia (near Virginia Beach and Norfolk) Shift: Night shift, 4x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) Contract Length: 13 weeks with possible extension Rate: OT billed after 48 hours for 4x12 shifts Float: Must be willing to float to ED/Med-Surg Holidays: Included within the contract Guaranteed Hours: 48 hours per week Experience: 3 years of Critical Care experience preferred (strong candidates without 3 years may be considered) Required Skills: Vent management IV start Telemetry PA (Swan-Ganz) Lines Conscious Sedation Strong neuro experience (e.g., post-brain surgery, EVD/ventriculostomy) Special Requirements: Must be EPIC proficient, no exceptions. Certifications: BLS, ACLS (American Heart Association) NIHSS required Telemetry Exam: Required for several departments (must pass with 80% or higher)
