Description
Job Title: ED (PEDS) • Registered Nurse – Varied Shifts
Our client is seeking a dedicated and flexible Registered Nurse for their Emergency Department (PEDS). This is a 13•week contract position with rotating shifts, including overnights and weekends. The ideal candidate must be available to work every other weekend and the entire holiday season.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high•quality care in a fast•paced, high acuity ED unit.
* Address the growing needs of mental health patients common in most Emergency rooms.
* Triage experience is a plus.
Requirements:
* Active RN License.
* 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
* Strong pediatric experience is a must.
* Certifications: CPI Training, ACLS, and PALS.
Please note that the COVID Vaccine is a requirement for this role.
Our client's location is in Norfolk, Virginia. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. The scrub color requirement, PPE, parking, pay cycle, EMR, case types, and patient ratios will be provided upon successful application.
