15449336, Role: Surgical Technologist Shift: Wednesday & Thursday Nights: 8:30 PM - 7:00 AM Sunday Days: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM Weekly Hours: 32hrs scheduled (optional call shifts available) Job Summary: Perform scrub duties and maintain sterile supplies/technique. Assist in surgical patient care and preparation. Assemble and prepare case carts per physician preferences. Maintain a sterile environment and assist surgeons during cases. Handle specimens, instruments, and contaminated materials following policies. Ensure timely room turnover and equipment care. Promote organizational values and adhere to standards. May float to other departments or be on-call as needed. Requirements: Education: High School Diploma or GED. Completion of an accredited surgical technologist program (or equivalent military training). Experience: 1+ year OR scrubbing experience preferred. 1+ year clinical experience in a hospital preferred. Skills: Proficient in sterile techniques, instrumentation, and surgical processes. Certification: BLS (American Heart Association).
