This is for a Supervisor Role. Must have previous Supervisor Experience as well as Travel experience in large, Trauma 1 facilities. Charge or Lead experience is not applicable. The CSR Supervisor Material Support provides administrative and technical support to CSR staff and supports the CSR Manager in the running of the department. The activities include coordination of staffing, continuous process improvement work and providing a high level of customer service to supply chain customers. The incumbent oversees all levels in CSR to ensure proper sterility. This position is responsible for employee selection, development and evaluation. The majority of the incumbents time is devoted to CSR and O.R. work areas.***IAHCSMM CERT. REQ. (MANDATORY) STP Facility requires HCPs have a MIN OF 5 YEARS exp to submit; STRONG CANDIDATES ONLY. Must have Scope/Endoscope and Case picking exp noted in profile, CER certification is highly preferred.. : COVID19 and flu declinations accepted- please include in submission packet. Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended No block schedules for any reason, vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April .

Nicole was very helping and always proficient with reaching out and even going above and beyond when the facility itself was slacking. When the facility canceled all contracts the day before start date she found me another position within the same week. I would recommend her 10x over.
