Job Title - House Supervisor RN Job Location - Fort Defiance, AZ 86504 Duration – 13 weeks Pay Range - $75-$80/hour w2 + benefits Shift - 12-Hours Days or Night with weekends and Holiday included. Requirements: • Ten (10) Years of Direct RN Work Experience in Emergency Room/Med-Surg/ICU and including five (5) years of critical care, and five (5) Years of Leadership Experience. Licensures/Certifications Requirements: • Valid and unrestricted RN License in any US State or Territory • Valid American Heart Association BLS/ACLS Certification (PALS is preferred) • TNCC and Moderate IV Sedation Certification.
