Unit: Neuro Tele Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, COVID Vaccine Required (Certification), NIHSS 36/hours per week Trauma Level: 2 Charting System: Cerner # beds 22 beds Certs ACLS, BLS, NIHSS preferred Ratios 1 to 3-4 EMR Cerner Shifts 12 hrs, 6:45-7:15, schedules made out about 2-3 weeks ahead of time initally and then they try to schedule them out 9 weeks in advance, self-scheduling for the most part Floating Float to IMCU or 2 Central - all tele units Floor specific orientation 1 shift on unit Common diagnosis / Types of patients 3-4 days post-op CABG, surgical thoracic, stroke, cardiac, etc. Additional Notes Must have 2-3 years' experience in specialty, they are open to first time travelers, it is a very busy unit with a lot of quick turnovers, they stress the patient experience on the unit and they want someone who knows and understands HCAHPS and core measures and someone is will be invested in their mission and values, also important the traveler is self-motivated and team oriented, they are very traveler friendly CG

Team is very friendly. Easy to work with and very hard working. The schedule is 4 10 hour shifts. Some on call and yes work on weekends days but no bad at all. The machines are new Phillips.
