Position / Specialty RN Cath Lab - MUST HAVE SCRUB EXPERIENCE Start date: (next applicable orientation date 3-4 wks out) Years of experience REQ: Minimum 2 years Cath lab experience required. First-timers accepted: (Y/N) Y Certs REQ: BLS, ACLS (must have at time of submittal) Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) What is the req? Yes Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes-Will float to all 3 hospitals (Martin North, South, Tradition - within 20 miles) Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y/N) – N Locals accepted: (Y/N) What is the local radius rule? Y- Locals Same Rate Pending License accepted: (Y/N) Y RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Guaranteed Hours: 36 for 12’s’ 40- for 8/10’s
