Required Work Experience: 1 year of Case Manager experience and 2 years of RN experience MUST have Inpatient experience and L&D experience Must have experience Managing inpatient case manager processes but only have 21 direct reports, LVNs and non-licensed staff, discharge planners. Utilization review experience Main hub for KP and receives a lot of transport patients. This role requires a lot of multi-tasking and has a high volume of cases. Excellent and clear communication skillset required Hospital needs clear and meaningful communicators to improve their outcomes
