Min 1-2 years of recent L&D experience Required. BLS-aha, ACLS-aha, and NRP Certifications all- Required. Mother/Baby and or Nursery Experience- Preferred. This is a LDPR (Labor/Delivery, Postpartum Recovery) Unit- both mother/baby and L&D on the same unit Patient Ratio: Varies everyday based on type of patients caring for. Mother/Baby- 1:3-4 - Labor Patient- 1:2 Medical & Health Insurance Benefits from First Day for All Clinical and Patient-Facing Employees. • 401K Plan. • "Your Way is Paid" – we pay for ALL employment requirements, onboarding, physicals, titers, etc. • $300 -$700 referral bonus
