Shift: 12 hours, nights

Do you have a Fast track? Yes 6 beds Do you have a separate Triage area & do you allow/require travelers to do Triage? Triage area is separate with 5 beds, travelers can take a triage test and may be assigned although generally department staff assigned Do you have a separate holding area in the ER or are ER holds intermixed w/in the ER? We have 18 beds within the ED designated for holding inpatients awaiting bed placement, if additional is needed they are Do ER RN's manage their own ER holds? Yes, although inpatient RNs often float to the ED to take an inpatient assignment for ER holds Do you have separate Psych/seclusion rooms? Yes we have a locked hall with 6 private treatment rooms In-house Security? Yes Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, TNCC, PALS or ENPC Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Cardiac, Stroke, Sepsis, DKA, AMS, Respiratory, Abdominal pain, Mental Health Experience or 'Must have' skills: Will accept a traveler with 1 year of experience in a larger trauma settings. All active certifications + license required! Pay range: $2,098.80-$2,198.80/week Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, weekly direct deposit, and more! Job#: 221295
