"THIS IS A DUAL ROLE - MUST DO BOTH CT Tech/Xray Tech Sun/Mon 2x12s position Daily Caseload per tech: Years of experience REQ: 1 First-timers accepted:Yes Weekend REQ: Yes Is on-call REQ? Yes, required as needed Required Certs: BLS, ARRT, IN State License required. Will this traveler need to float between like units? No Floating Req to Sister Facilities: No Open to accommodating block schedule? To be discussed Locals accepted: Yes. What is the local radius rule? Pending State License accepted: No. IN-STATE LICENSE / REQUIRED CERTS MUST BE IN HAND TO SUB RTO Restrictions: Must work 2/3 major holidays Guaranteed Hours: 8 and 10 hr. shifts - 40 hrs. in one workweek. 3, 12 hr shifts - 36 hrs. in one workweek. 4, 12 hr. shifts - 48 hrs. in one workweek. Special Requirements: Siemens, Carestream Portable, Phillips. Must be able to perform general Xray. Multi-modality CT/XR Technologist.
