Job description and Requirement- Long Term Care LPN - Seattle WA - Start Date: ASAP - Shift: 8hr Days - Ratios: 1:15-25 - Years of Experience REQ: 2 YR of Skilled Long Term Care/Transitional Care - Weekend REQ: Every other weekend - Certs REQ: BCLS - Is On-Call REQ?: No - Will this traveler need to float between like units?: Yes - Typically 3 shifts/24hrs spent in TCU, with remaining time spent floating to other areas - Open to accommodating block schedule?: Yes - Pending License Accepted: Yes - Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off traveler UP TO 1 shift per pay period (every two weeks) Special Requirements - Traveler is expected to have reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions. All travel pairs will be required to have their own transportation. Note- Medical & Health Insurance Benefits from First Day for All Clinical and Patient-Facing Employees. 401K Plan.
