Job Title: Home Health Registered Nurse • Day Shift Join our team as a dedicated Registered Nurse in the Home Health department. This day shift role involves a 40•hour work week, Monday to Friday, with a 13•week contract. Responsibilities: • Deliver home•based patient care • Manage patient records via Oasis EMR • Comply with health and safety regulations Requirements: • Valid MA Nursing License • 2 years nursing experience • BLS Certification • Ability to float as needed • COVID•19 vaccination recommended Additional Information: • Position based in Leominster, MA, location may vary • No specific scrub color • PPE and parking details provided later • 1:1 patient ratio To apply, submit your resume, skills checklist, nursing certifications, and COVID•19 vaccination status.
