Start Date: ASAP
Total Hours Per Week: 37 weekly
Shift Breakdown: 3x12 hrs
Shift: 12 hours, days, evenings, nights

Shift Differentials: • $5/hr extra anything after 3pm • $8/hr extra anything after 11pm • 7% increase for weekends Commitment bonus: • For any RNs with 2 years’ experience in the ED, they will be offered a $10,000 2-YEAR COMITTMENT BONUS!!! o ½ paid out at 6 months + ½ paid out at 1 year mark. Must Haves: • RN license in the state of MD o Or compact • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. • BSN or ADN with equivalent experience o BSN must be achieved within 5 years of start date in the role • 1+ year experience working in the Emergency Department o No new grads • BLS, ACLS & PALS certification (by American Heart Association) o Luminis can provide training for certification if needed
