Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Contract Length: 23 weeks Hours: 40 hours per week Schedule: Monday through Friday Caseload: Kindergarten through 8th grade Location: Delaware Start Date: January 6, 2025 End Date: June 13, 2025 Overview: We are looking for a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a 23-week contract position. The role involves providing in-person behavioral support to students from Kindergarten through 8th grade. We welcome applications from both certified BCBAs and candidates who are in the process of obtaining their certification. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans for students. • Implement and monitor behavioral interventions in the classroom and other settings. • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure consistency in behavioral strategies. • Provide training and guidance to staff on best practices in behavior management. • Collect and analyze data to track student progress and adjust interventions as needed. • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive school environment. Qualifications: • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field. • Current certification as a BCBA or in the process of obtaining certification. • Experience working with children and adolescents is preferred, but not required. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compensation: Pay will be based on experience.

Nicole was very helping and always proficient with reaching out and even going above and beyond when the facility itself was slacking. When the facility canceled all contracts the day before start date she found me another position within the same week. I would recommend her 10x over.
