Shift Breakdown: 5x8 hrs
Shift: 8 hours, days, nights

Inpatient adults only Can see peds in the ER 54 med/surg/tele beds 10 ICU OR/SDS radiology/IR ER 2 years of experience required Shift Times: Day/Eve rot with occasional nights. When not working night shift 7 on/70ff, will be working 5x8h days with possible eve shift. Day shift is typically 630am-3pm or 730am-4pm. Evening shift is 230pm-11pm. Discuss further on interview... Weekend Requirement: Every other Holiday Requirement: Per unit need First-Time Traveler Accepted: Yes Block scheduling? Yes, 7 on, 7 off Certifications Required? PharmD preferred, RPh, NJ state license required Will the traveler float? No Call required? No Patient Mix/Skillset: The inpatient pharmacy supports our outpatient infusion department (chemotherapy and non-chemo infusions) as well as inpatient/ER Role must be chemo-certified and able to compound hazardous and non-hazardous medication Specific Equipment? Pyxis experience required, PharmacyOneSource experience preferred Charting System: Epic experience required Scrub Color/Dress Code: Green - provided while compounding
