Unit Notes:(Notes Updated 11/1/24) Certified Hand Therapist/OT for Outpatient Rehab Clinic (CHT cert is preferred, but not required!) Start ASAP 1 opening 2 years experience required WA DOH as an OT & BLS required 13 weeks with hopes of going longer/perm Shift Notes: M-F, 8-5 (8 s or 10 s flexible) *We need a hand therapist and are equipped with anything that they would need to do that job. Must have hand experience and having good splinting skills would be important. CHT is preferred (but not required) Cancellation Policy:3 shifts per 13 week contract; 2 shifts per 12 weeks or less Charting System:Cerner Corporation - Millennium BSN Required:No License to Submit:Yes Trauma Level: Care Setting: Post Acute Division: Allied Shift Notes: M-F, 8-5 (8 s or 10 s flexible) Required Certifications: BLS Insurance is not included within the posted pay package. If you wish to take insurance through the agency, the final pay package will change.
