- Shift: Night 4x12-Hour (18:30 - 07:00) - Description: No more than 5 days RTO Must work 1 major holiday *Holiday rate for contracts helping through Holidays into January* - Med Surg 8th Floor Covid Vaccine NOT required - Requirements: NY License in hand - BLS - NIH - preferred 1.5 years experience8 East: Oncology, Hematology, endo8 West: ENT, Dermatology, GI General - EPIC - Required - RTO: around 7 days RTO Locals not accepted - Locals accepted at a Local BR: Ask AM for the rate. - Med/Surg is 1:5-6 days. 1:6-7 nights - COVID-19 Vaccine: Not Required - Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed Submit with recent Nursys Valid NY State License (must have at least applied if still pending) - Permanent Staff cannot return as a traveler within a year. - Candidates may float within skillset - Local Radius: 75 miles Local Rule: accepted at lower rate
