+ $500 Travel Rate based on 26 weeks - shorter length will cause an adjustment to pay package. *26 Weeks preferred, will take 13 weeks or any duration up to 26 weeks* RN/PCU Ratios: 1:2-3 for all shifts Years of experience REQ: 1 (PCU experience required) First-timers accepted: (Y/N) Yes Weekend REQ: Every other Certs REQ: BCLS, ACLS required BSN preferred Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) What is the req? No Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes, within service line, including to MS units Open to accommodating block schedule? No Locals accepted: (Y/N) No What is the local radius rule? Home address must be at least 75 miles from facility. Pending License accepted: (Y/N) Yes RTO Restrictions: No more than 7 days Guaranteed Hours: 3 shifts per 13 weeks. The cancelled shifts must be the regular shift length to which the Contractor Personnel is assigned Special Requirements: Vents, IV start, Telemetry experience required, long term vent, weaning, pulmonary rehab, trachs Special Procedures/Unit Details: phlebotomy, vent management alongside RT, preferred ABG draw, trach management, port access, central lines Hospital Highlights Type of Facility: Short Term Acute Care Teaching / Level Trauma Total Staffed Beds: 1266 Scrub Navy Charting: EPIC Parking: Monthly parking passes available. Travelers can reach out to Public Safety for parking passed and speak with them about what is available. Security and Parking: 314-362-0750 o North Surface Lot-$73 (price and availability may vary) o Clayton Ave. Building Southeast Lot- $63 (price and availability may vary) o Clayton Taylor Garage- $73 (price and availability may vary) For orientation: park in the Laclede Garage (4929 Forest Park Ave, St. Louis Mo. 63108) for which there is a $15.00 charge. Pull a parking ticket and take with you. Barnes does not validate or reimburse for the charge. Wear scrubs. If you are working a straight night shift: If you are working straight night shift, there is no charge for parking, and you may park in the employee parking (you will receive parking information during orientation). If you will be working a day/night rotation: you will have to obtain a parking pass for which there is a $70.00 fee per month. The garage that you will be parking in will be Clayton/Taylor Ave location. Bring your license plate number with you on your first day.
