Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Room Location: Des Moines, IA Shift: Night Shift (12 hours, 36 hours/week) Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for our Emergency Room team. This is a full-time night shift position, requiring 2+ years of ER experience. The ideal candidate will have strong critical thinking skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and provide compassionate care to patients in emergency situations. Responsibilities: Provide emergency care to patients in a fast-paced environment. Assess, plan, and implement nursing care based on patient needs. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals for patient care. Document and maintain accurate patient records. Requirements: Active RN license in Iowa. 2+ years of ER experience. BLS, ACLS, certifications required. Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
