13 weeks Training will be onsite, but eventually role with be most REMOTE with occasional in office days Key Details: Start Date: December Training: Onsite at Downtown Philadelphia clinics Work Hours: Normal business hours with flexible start times (7 AM, 8 AM, or 9 AM). After training, the role will predominantly be remote, with occasional onsite requirements. Responsibilities: Reach out to patients via phone to update prescription records. Educate patients about Penn Pharmacy’s refill services and encourage sign-ups, converting 5-10 patients daily. Support the expansion and refinement of the pharmacy outreach program. Lead as a trailblazer in this new initiative, demonstrating adaptability to evolving processes. Qualifications: License: Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License. Skills: Strong communication skills, patient-focused approach, ability to adapt to change, and enthusiasm for trying new methods.
