Submission Requirements: HCP’s permanent address must be greater than 75 Miles from the work assignment location. Up to date resume that includes 2+ years of experience in ICU, SICU, CTICU, Trauma ICU, MS ICU, or Neuro ICU and documents travel experience. 2 recent ICU Charge/Manager RN References Skills Checklist matching specialty Drivers licenses with address that matches demographics Current AHA ACLS , BLS, NIHSS RTO MUST be included at time of submission EMR Exp Required: EPIC Job Description: Unit: ICU Shift: 6;30p-7a (Block Scheduling is never promised or guaranteed) Floating Required: Yes Scrub Color: Navy
