+ $500 Travel Unit Notes:**Facility is able to request 90 Day Emergency License** Unit PCU # of beds 20 Ratios 1:4 Required Certifications ACLS, BLS Common diagnoses/Types of patients Cardiac, Respiratory, ETOH w/d, Renal failure Experience or 'Must have' skills Acute care, cardiac and respiratory Are RNs required to titrate drips Yes minimal Common titratable &/or set rate drips Cardizem, heparin, amiodarone Charge Nurse/House Supervisor Yes both Are there nurse aids on this unit/Ratios Yes 1:8 RT Equipment (vents, Cpap, BiPap, etc) Cpap, Bipap, high flow nasal cannula Is there tele on this unit Monitor techs RNs read strips Yes monitor techs and RNs Shifts & Scheduling 12 hours -1845-0715 Weekend Requirement EOW Holiday Requirement 1 major and 1 minor Is there a call or standby requirement Placed on call for low census only Floating Requirement Floats in turn to ICU or Med/Surg Scrub Color/Dress code Scrub Top: Any color/Design; Pants: Black, Navy Blue, Cocoa Brown, Khaki, Charcoal Gray Unit/Department specific orientation 2 shifts Additional Notes Additional Questions Cancellation Policy: Hospital may cancel up to 3 times per contract. Each cancellation could be a full shift or any part of a shift. (Hospital may also pay full hours for a particular shift, in lieu of cancellation).
