Shift: 10 hours, days

Shift: 4x10s days. We utilize a daily flex scheduling module with a start time of 0600, 0630 or 0700. In addition, there is the call requirement. Call: 1 weeknight and approximately every 6th weekend. Daily Average census: 12 # Rooms: 3 Years of experience REQ: 1 First-timers accepted: (Y/N) Y CERTs: BLS, State Licensed, Must be certified RNFA. Must go through BJC Privileging process to start on the unit. Weekend REQ: (Y/N) Yes- We utilize a daily flex scheduling module Will clinician float within scope meet facility needs? N0 Floating Req to Sister Facilities: (Y/N): Yes- St Peters/Progress West Open to accommodating block schedule? No Locals accepted: (Y/N) No Pending State License accepted: (Y/N) Y RTO Restrictions: No more than 7 days within 13 week contract Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours Special Requirements: Cover all service lines (Orthopedics, GYN, General, ENT, Plastics). Must complete credentialing prior to start of contract period. General Surgery/Gyn/Ortho/Total Joints required Drills/Electrosurgical units/fiber optic light sources required Surgical First Assist Skills required Aseptic Technique/Isolation Precautions required
