Job Description:
Dates of Coverage: January 1, 2025 – January 1, 2026
Reason for Coverage: Expansion
Practice Setting: Hospital-based pain management clinic
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM (40 hours/week)
Documentation System/EMR: Epic
Supervision Model: ACT Care-Team model; anesthesiologists present at induction, emergence, and key intervals during cases
Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: 60 total
Trauma Level/Designation: Level 1 Trauma Center
Operating Room Staff: Collegial team environment
Number of Operating Rooms: 25
Training or Experience Requirements: Level 1 trauma experience required; no new graduates
Patient Age Demographics: Few pediatric cases; primarily adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients
Required Procedures:
General surgical cases (adult and pediatric)
MRI, endoscopy, IR, EP lab
IV regional anesthesia
Spinal anesthesia
Neurosurgical cases
Ventilation management
Arterial and central line placement
Requirements:
Board Certified CRNA - REQUIRED
Active MI license - REQUIRED
Clean Background- REQUIRED
BLS, ACLS, PALS - REQUIRED
