Mammography Technologist - Atlanta, GA, US Job Type: Full Time Shifts: Days (Monday to Thursday) Job Summary: Be well-versed in all aspects of clinical breast imaging & patient care Must be caring, compassionate, & possess a positive attitude Operates computer and mammography equipment for image production Documents patient assessment and history Practices accurate and timely completion of work Performs quality control measures to ensure optimal images Enters and properly completes all risk and history information into the Radiology Information System (RIS) Sets exam status accordingly in an accurate and timely manner Qualifications and Requirements: Must submit to a background check ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist with Mammography certification. ARRT (R)(M) Must have at least one year of experience as a Mammography Technologist performing screening & diagnostic exams. Basic Knowledge of MQSA and ACR guidelines. Basic Knowledge of mammography Quality Control and Quality Assurance. Benefits: Bonus opportunity for additional monthly and annual compensation.
