Requirements: Active MI license - Required Please submit rates at the time of name clear - Required Covid vaccinated - Required BLS/ACLS - Required Board Certified(AANA) - Required Clean background with NO disciplinary actions and NO malpractice - Required Trained/Experienced (no new grads!) - Required
