Also, documenting travel experience. 2 recent ED Charge/Manager RN References Skills Checklist matching specialty Drivers licenses with address that matches demographics Current AHA ACLS , BLS, PALS, NIHSS TNCC PREFERRED, NOT REQUIRED NURSYS Report Licenses verification with ACTIVE NY License RTO MUST be included at time of submission EMR Exp Required: EPIC Job Description: Unit: Emergency Department Shift: 12 hour nights. (Block Scheduling is never promised or guaranteed) 6:30pm-7am OT: After 48 Charge Capability: HIGHLY PREFERRED Floating Required: Yes Scrub Color: Navy Blue Unit Specifics: Common patient diagnosis: Stroke, Sepsis, Trauma, MI, Cardiac Arrest, Resp Failure Specialty Equipment: Rapid Infusor, Arctic Sun Patients: Newborn, Pediatrics, Adults, Geriatric Number of Beds in the Unit: 64 beds , 2 Triage, 40 acute, 6 super track, 2 Trauma, 10 CDU, 6 psych Required Drips & Medications: Pressors- Levophed, Neo, Epi, Vasopressin, Dobutamine & Dopamine, Vasodilators- Cleviprex, Cardene, NTG , Anti-arrhythmic-Cardizem, Amiodarone, Lido, Sedation- Precedex, Propofol, Fentanyl, TNK, Heparin and Insulin Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, weekly direct deposit, and more!
