The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will provide direct behavioral support and implement individualized treatment plans for students with behavioral and developmental needs in a school setting. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or other qualified professionals to help students develop social, communication, and academic skills through applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques.
