Bachelor’s degree or Ph.D in Pharmacy required o RPH certification from the state of Texas required o 2+ years hospital staff pharmacist experience required (Pediatric experience preferred) o "Required- Bachelor's Degree Pharmacy Or Ph.D. Pharm. D. degree" Required- RPH - Pharmacist State of Texas "The pharmacist in this role shall be a licensed practitioner who holds a valid, unrestricted license to conduct clinical activities." 6:30pm-7:am- Variable 10-12 Hr. Shift / Variable Night Shift and Weekend Rotation
