Unit Notes:MUST HAVE WA State license at time of submittal! No pending license will be reviewed. Looking for strong cardiac experience!! **Medical Solutions auto deducts the 1.75 WA state tax - you are able re-add that back in.** Unit OR Tech # Suites 22 Capabality to go to 26 ( on 3 different floors) Average # of cases per day 50-65 Required Certifications BLS -- CST- national cert not required- must be registered with Washington State. Graduate of an accredited school. Common Cases GYN/Uro/Vascular/Plastic/Ortho (total hips/knees)/Neuro/Cardiovascular/Thoracic/General (Breast/HPB/Bariatric)/Sports Med (Hand/Podiatry)/Kidney (or kidney/pancreatic) transplants, ENT (FESS (sinus), septoplasty, cochlear implant, tympanoplasty, laryngoscopy in addition to soft tissue - thyroid/parathyroid. Large and complex cases. Robot-Davinci Xi (Gyn, Uro, General).16 total different service lines.
