CVOR RN SJO SURGERY AMBULATORY OR AND OPEN HEART HARD STOPS 6 days per month of call year's of experience REQ: 2 Weekend REQ: Won't be scheduled on weekends, but will be required to take call 6 DAYS/MONTH Certs REQ: ACLS, BCLS - CNOR preferred Is on-call REQ?: YES - 6 days per month of call Pending License accepted: No RTO Restrictions: RTO must be included at time of submission Guaranteed Hours: facility is able to call off once per two week pay period
