Data Collection Unit Information: Transplant; Cellular Therapy Clinic Location: Address:4450 Medical Drive Floor: 1st Building: John Hornbeak General Information Tell us about the unit(s): • Number of Beds - 14 exam rooms, 21 infusion bays, 5 treatment rooms • Number of Staff - 18 • Type of staff: Day Shift - 1 Front Office RN, 4 Office RNs, 2 Medical Assistants, 2 Fast Track RNs, 4 Infusion RNS, 1 Infusion Room CNC, ! Infusion Room PCT • Patient Ratios - Office RN 10:1 Infusion RN 6:1 • Type of equipment - IV Pumps, Remote Patient Monitoring • EMR - Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. * Oncology Background
