Must have PICU and NICU experience and be comfortable with peds, can consider has previous NICU/PICU float pool exp Clinical review and auto offer Nights 11/25 or 12/9 start Can offer 36 or 48 hours 13 weeks Every other weekend, must work 2 out of 3 holidays Can approve 40 hours for time off BLS, NRP and PALS required, ACLS preferred
