The Case Manager is responsible for utilization reviews, resource management, discharge planning, treatment plan management and financial management, while also completing medical record documentation. *13 weeks, ASAP Start ( with the potential for unlimited contract extensions!) *Weekly pay $1,800 Minimum requirements: - Current licensure in a clinical discipline per state guidelines (RN, RT, SW preferred) - Associates Degree in a healthcare field (Bachelor’s degree preferred) - Working knowledge of the insurance industry and government reimbursement - 2 years experience in Case Management and Discharge Planning in an Acute Care or Rehab setting
