Mandatory Qualifications/Job Details:
• 12H Day Description: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
• 50 Mile Radius Rule
• Float Requirement: None
• Rotating weekends and 1-2 days a week if not on the weekend
• Rotating weekends if needed Holidays Agreed to Work: Holidays per need Comments: Closed Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Years Day
• BSN
• First Time Travelers ACCEPTED
• Licensure/Certification: BLS, PALs preferred
• Required Job Qualifications: Hemodialysis Experienced required, preferably experience with CWP and Fresenius 2008T Machines
• Qualifications: Hemodialysis, Acute Hemodialysis
• EPIC experience
• Vaccination Policy Seasonal Influenza: Medical and religious exemptions allowed for the 2024-2025 season
