Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (Orthopedic) - Boynton Beach, FL - (Hybrid) Sign - on ($5000) & Relocation bonus available! Job Type: Full-time Schedule: M-F (8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm) - no nights, weekends, or call Responsibilities: Perform initial orthopedic visits including but not limited to diagnosis, ordering imaging, and referring patients for in person care when appropriate. The in person visits will be at PCP offices (rotating locations in SE Florida) performing orthopedic exams and injections. Build trust with patients through empathy, knowledge, experience, and shared decision making Communicate and collaborate with physical therapists, physicians, and other members of the Icon clinical team Create the patient's personalized treatment plan and along with your dedicated care coordinator, determine next steps and navigate the patient through the journey Participate in Icon product enhancement through feedback on the current technology platform Requirements: Minimum of 5 years as a PA practicing in outpatient orthopedics with experience in multiple subspecialties Currently hiring providers licensed and living in or willing to move to Southeast Florida Benefits: Malpractice and Supervising MD will be provided Open to offer a hybrid schedule State Licensing and NCCPA Fees are covered $500/year for CME Full Benefits Employee funded 401k
