Day Shift House Supervisor. Current Oregon license. Primary location will be Gold Beach with float to Brookings if needed. Critical Access facility with an ED, med/surg,,OR, x-ray and lab. Stand alone ED in Brookings, OR. BLS, ACLS, PALS and TNCC required. Need someone that can start ASAP. Likely earliest start date would be the week of Thanksgiving. With being a strong ED nurse they would like them to possibly be able to pick up an ER shift occasionally. 36/48 hour rotation. OT rate: $95/hour over 40 hours/week ($3686/week on 48 hour week)
